Grilled Sausages, Hot dogs and Pierogis

One of our dinner rotation favorites - grilled sausages, hotdogs and pierogis. YUM! But… today was extra special. We had the spicy jalapeño cheddar kielbasa from Johnstown, PA (Matt’s hometown) and HOMEMADE pierogis by Matt’s mom, Sally. These particular kielbasas are so freakin good!!! We usually have a few lbs stocked up in the freezer! We also had the “Diablo” which we got from the RVA BIG Market - it was SPICY!!! But the good kind of spicy.

Although Mrs. T’s and some other store brand pierogis are good, these homemade ones are nostalgic for Matt- made with cottage cheese and potatoes, the way he had them when he was a kid…and now, he gets to share them with his kids (and our kids).
