Dan’s homemade Vietnamese pho is Pho-king good! Hehe Probably the best we’ve all had (except for his mom’s pho).
Why is it so tasty and has so much depth to it? Well, I’ll tell you why. Without getting into too much detail, the whole process takes approximately 24 hours! From roasting the bones for the broth to simmering it for hours (thank you, induction stove) to the final touches with all the add ons…what a treat, especially for rainy days.
