There's nothing quite like the joy of a sunny Sunday. Yesterday exemplified this perfectly.

Dads played a round of golf while the moms and kids ventured downtown to the Dominion Energy River Rock Festival to enjoy kayaking and other outdoor activities on the picturesque James River. As the day ended, everyone came together at Hardywood Brewery for a taco festival that concluded the day beautifully.

The dads enjoyed a round of golf at Sycamore Golf Course, combining friendly competition with beautiful surroundings. Team Matt and Luis emerged victorious.

Kayaking on the James River

Meanwhile, downtown at the River Rock Festival, moms and kids reveled in an exciting day of kayaking on the James River. The festival showcased various outdoor activities. Each year, nearly 15,000 attendees explore activities promoting fitness and appreciation for nature. We can't wait for next year!
